Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom embroidery and digitizing orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method:
- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery times may be affected by customs delays, holidays, or courier issues outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping service
Digital products (such as embroidery digitizing files) are delivered electronically via email or user account download and incur no shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number (where available) via email.
Digital orders will receive instant access or delivery through email.
Return & Refund Policy
Because many of our products are custom-made, we have a return policy that protects both our customers and production workflow.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The product does not match the approved order details
- The digital embroidery file contains technical issues caused by us
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom-made items created according to customer specifications
Change-of-mind or incorrect order submission
Digital downloads once delivered (unless technically faulty)
Items damaged due to misuse or third-party alterations
Return Window
Eligible products must be reported within:
7 days of delivery for physical items
48 hours of receiving digital files for digitizing services
Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return or refund:
Contact us with order details and proof (photos, screenshots, files, etc.).
Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
If approved, instructions for return, revision, or replacement will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued as:
Original payment method
Store credit
File revisions or replacements (for digitizing issues)
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
Courier issues
Customs delays
Incorrect delivery address submitted by customer
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue where possible.
