Return Policy

Overview

At WhimsyDigitizing, we work hard to ensure every product and design meets your expectations. However, because many of our items are custom-made, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our production process.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The design or item received does not match the approved details
  • The digital embroidery file has technical errors caused by us

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after production
  • Incorrect information or artwork submitted by the customer
  • Machine incompatibility unless confirmed before ordering

Return Request Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Requests after this period may not be eligible.


Return Process

To start a return request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Your name and email
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or screenshots if applicable

Our support team will review and provide the next steps.


Return Shipping

If the issue is caused by us:

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

If the issue is due to customer error:

  • The customer is responsible for return postage.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
