Custom embroidery and digitizing orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times may be affected by customs delays, holidays, or courier issues outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Digital products (such as embroidery digitizing files) are delivered electronically via email or user account download and incur no shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number (where available) via email.
Digital orders will receive instant access or delivery through email.


Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are custom-made, we have a return policy that protects both our customers and production workflow.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The digital embroidery file contains technical issues caused by us

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made items created according to customer specifications

  • Digital downloads once delivered (unless technically faulty)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or third-party alterations

Return Window

Eligible products must be reported within:

  • 7 days of delivery for physical items

  • 48 hours of receiving digital files for digitizing services

  1. Contact us with order details and proof (photos, screenshots, files, etc.).

  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, instructions for return, revision, or replacement will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued as:

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect delivery address submitted by customer

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue where possible.
